Hey love! I had laparoscopy surgery when they took my gallbladder out. The worst part for me was the gas pain afterwards. Make sure you have gas-x , eat a very bland diet and I basically lived on my heating pad because I was so achey. Sending love and hugs your way.
I had my laparoscopy around this time last year! I totally agree with the above post, the gas pain in my upper body was horrible! I used a heating pad too, which I found very helpful! ❤️
I’ve had 3 laps - two for endo, one for gallbladder removal. Agreed, gas pain is the worst part! Heating pad and keep yourself propped up, move around the best you can. If you have to use stairs, go up backwards, it’s easier on the muscles! Once your incisions are closed you can rub vitamin E oil on them for itching/scaring. I pray this brings you some answers! Good luck!
